How to Create:
Use a piece of turquoise Reminisce Tone-on-Tone Paper as the base of your layout. Cut a piece of yellow striped Fabulous Tone-on-Tone Paper to 11-1/2" square. Adhere.
Using the CCS Jumbo Circle Pattern, cut a piece of gray square Reflections Tone-on-Tone Paper using the blue blade on the outside. Use the Brown Dual-Tip Pen to doodle along the edges. Adhere as shown. Trim off excess.
Cut a piece of striped Think Pink Paper to 5" x 11-1/4" and adhere.
Using the Postage Stamp Rotary Blade, cut a piece of turquoise circle Fabulous Tone-on-Tone Paper to 12' x 4-1/4" and adhere.
Adhere a 4" x 6" photo to a turquoise Reminisce Photo Mat. Adhere to the layout.
Using the Ribbon Maker, punch five ribbons from yellow Fabulous Tone-on-Tone Paper. Slide a 6" piece of grey Rugged Paper Ribbon through the ribbons and adhere to the layout as shown.
Cut apart a Rugged Paper Frame as shown and adhere to look as a ribbon at the top and bottom of the layout as shown.
Using the Tearing Tool, tear a light blue Cheerful Photo Mat three times. Adhere to the right of the photo as shown.
Cut strips of grey Reflections Tone-on-Tone paper for journaling strips. Journal as desired using the Brown Dual-Tip Pen.
