How to Create:
Use Scallop Rotary Blade to trim 1/4” x 12” grey Reflections Tone-on-Tone Paper, adhere to right side of White Cardstock background.
Trim three strips using Scallop Rotary Blade, 2” x 12” light grey Enchanted 12x12 Double Sided Paper, 1-3/4” x 12” green Reflections Tone-on-Tone Paper & 1-1/2” x 12” blue Reflections Tone-on-Tone Paper. Layer all three strips together & adhere to left side of page. Adhere 1/4” x 12” solid grey Reflections Tone-on-Tone Paper to left edge of page.
Adhere tiny 1” x 1-1/2” photo to 1-1/4” x 1-3/4” White Cardstock & adhere to bottom of layered scallop strips using Foam Squares.
Adhere 7-1/2” x 5 -1/4” photo top center of page.
Cut two points at one end of five medium & large rectangle Reflections Paper Tags & eight Reflections Storybox papers.
Randomly layer all banner strips below large photo.
Trim White Cardstock to 7-1/2” x 1-1/2” using Scallop Rotary Blade on each side of strip.
Using Scallop Rotary Blade, layer together two scallop edge strips, 7-1/2” x 3/4’ solid blue & 7-1/2” x 1” solid grey Reflections Tone-on-Tone Papers & adhere to top of double scalloped White Cardstock strip.
Hide seams on 7-1/2” scallop strips using green Reflections Paper Ribbon & adhere below large photo to hide seams of photo & top edge of banner strips.
Use Scallop Rotary Blade to trim three 7-1/2” x 1/4” White Cardstock strips, layer at top of photo, with scallops facing upward.
Embellish photo with layers of Reflections Paper Flowers & accents & Enchanted Epoxy Stickers.
Affix White Simple ABC/123 Stickers along the left side of page for title.
Hand journal on one of the banner paper tags below photo using Brown Dual-Tip Pen.
