Make a circle with the CCS Circle Patterns using the small circle outside template and the blue blade out of the light blue Reflections Tone-on-Tone Paper.

Make another circle using the same CCS Circle Pattern outside template with the green blade out of the purple Reminisce Tone-on-Tone Paper.

Make one more circle from the White Shimmer Cardstock using the same circle pattern and the red blade.

Adhere the circles together and add to the border 1-1/2" up from the bottom.

Add the round Gratitude Title Sticker to the center of the white circle.

Cut a circle from red Reminisce Tone-on-Tone Paper using the green blade on the inside of the medium circle. Cut a circle from turquoise leaf Reflections Tone-on-Tone Paper using the green blade on the inside of the medium circle. Fold each circle in half. Using the Corner Rounder, punch the the corners along the folds. Open the circle and fold the opposite way. Punch again and repeat until the desired number of petals. Curl up the petals. Adhere together on the border. Using the Scallop Circle Maker, punch from the green oval Reflections Tone-on-Tone Paper. Cut into each petal. Curl the petals. Adhere to the center of the flower. Cut a thin strip or red dot Cheerful Tone-on-Tone Paper. Curl it up tightly and adhere to the center of the flower using the Precision Point Adhesive.
