How to Create:
Use Candy Shop Designer Cardstock in Blue as the base of your layout.
Use 12-inch Rotary Trimmer with Straight blade to cut a piece of “Raspberry” Cardstock to the size 11x11. Use the Corner Rounder to round the edges. Then cut the page in half slightly off center. Using the smaller of the two halves, cut the paper into halves again creating two smaller pieces. Note: trim slightly more off of each smaller “square” so that a space will be created as shown on layout once adhered.
Adhere a piece of striped Candy Shop Sticker Ribbon vertically on the left hand side of the page as shown.
Adhere the three “Raspberry” colored pieces created in Step 2 (above) and arrange on the layout as shown.
Adhere a piece of yellow-scalloped Candy Shop Sticker Ribbon on top of the two “Raspberry” colored squares toward the left hand side as shown.
Mat three photos with “White” Solid Cardstock. Layer two of the photos toward the center-left of the layout. Use Foam Squares on the third picture and adhere on top of the first two photos.
Using the Cheerful Seasons Cricut Cartridge, use the “White” Cardstock to cut out a shadow for the “Laughter & Smiles” shape. Use the “Cactus” Solid Cardstock to cut out the “Laughter Shape.” Use the “Gold” and “Brown” Cardstock to cut out the “& Smiles” shape. After all four shapes have been cut, use All-purpose Scissors to trim off the “&” shape from the brown cardstock shape. You can discard the brown “smiles” shape. Use the Precision Point Adhesive to layered the shapes as shown.
Using the 7-inch Personal Trimmer, cut ½ inch strips of “White” Cardstock. Use the All- purpose Scissors to cut arrow edges on the ends of the strips. Position on left-hand side of page as shown. Journal your story using the Dual-tip Pen in “Sky Blue”.
Using the Days of Summer Layered Stickers and Titled Stickers, embellish the layout as shown (or as desired).
