How to Create:
Cut a 3" x 12" piece of Raspberry Cardstock. Cut a piece of Cloud Cardstock to 2-1/2" x 12" and a piece of White Cardstock to 2" x 12". Adhere the layers together.
Cut the circle border, scalloped circle and flip flops using the Cheerful Season Cricut Cartridge. Adhere the pieces together, using Foam Squares on the flip flops.
Adown the flip flops with Enchanted Epoxy Stickers.
Finished Size:
4" x 12"
