How to Create:
Use White Cardstock Cardstock as your base.
Trim Red Cheerful Paper to 12” x 1 ¾” and adhere to center of border.
Using Tearing tool and Blue Cheerful Paper, tear a 12” x 1” strip and attach over red paper as shown.
Add striped border sticker to border overlapping blue and red paper.
Use Tag Maker and create Red Tag, adhere title stickers and attach as desired to finish.
Finished Size: 12" x 2"
