How to Create:
Using Black Cardstock as the base, cut to 8-1/2" x 5-1/2". Use the Scoring Rotary Blade to score at 4-1/4".
Using the Deckle Rotary Blade along one edge, cut the Cheerful light blue ruled paper to 5" x 3-1/4". Adhere deckle edge up, on the card.
Adhere a 5" x 1" strip of Brick Cardstock along the bottom, leaving a 1/4" border of black.
Use the Deckle Rotary Blade again to cut a 5" x 1/4" strip of French Vanilla Cardstock. Adhere deckle edge up, on top of the Brick strip.
Adhere a 5" strip of Black & White Paper Ribbon.
Using the Tag Maker, punch a tag from French Vanilla Cardstock. Layer two flowers and apply the title, using Simple ABC/123 Stickers (black).
Cut a 2" strip of Cheerful Paper Ribbon. Fold in half lengthwise, then fold in half again. Adhere at the top of the tag. Adhere the tag onto the card, using Foam Squares.
Finished Size:
5-1/2" x 4-1/4"
