How to Create:
Using white cardstock as the base, cut to 8-1/2" x 5-1/2.
Use the Scoring Rotary Blade to score at 4-1/4". The fold will be on the left side of the card.
Round all four corners of the card with the corner maker punch.
Take a blue numbered photo mat and adhere it across the card front, cut off the excess.
Cut two small strips of red polka dot paper and adhere a strip above and below the blue number paper.
Use foam adhesive to add the card sentiment stickers, and cupcake sticker to the card.
Finished Size:
4-1/4" x 5-1/2"
