How to Create:
Using the Tag Maker, punch a tag from the dark blue metallic paper.
Layer the stickers and die-cut pieces, as shown.
Cut (2) 3” x 1/4’ strips of green metallic paper. Thread through the tag hole and secure with adhesive. Crumple.
