How to Create:
Use a 12" x 2" strip of White Cardstock as the base.
Using the Deckle Rotary Blade along one long edge, cut a 12” x 1-1/2" strip of purple patterned paper. Adhere to the base.
Adhere a 12” piece of stripe Paper Ribbon.
Using the Tag Maker, punch tag from the brown paper. Adhere to the border, as shown.
Apply the title sticker.
Layer Paper Flowers and adhere, using foam squares.
Finished Size:
12" x 3"
