How to Create:
Use Red Cardstock as your base.
Cut Cardstock 8-1/2” x 512” and fold in half.
Trim Star Photo Mat to 51/4” x 4” and adhere to center of card.
Trim Blue Patterned Paper to 51/4” x 1” and attach to bottom portion of card.
Trim Red Cardstock 5 1/4” x1/2” and adhere to bottom of Blue Patterned Paper.
Using the Medium Circle Pattern and the Blue and Green Blades, create open circle out of Blue Photo Mat and adhere to center of card.
Using Postage Stamp Place and Punch and white cardstock, punch shape and attach to center of circle using foam squares.
Add star sticker to finish.
Finished Size: 5-1/2" x 4-1/4"
