How to Create:
Use the red Tone-On-Tone Cheerful striped paper as your background. Trim a piece of white Enchanted Embossed paper to 11-1/2 x 11-1/2 and layer it on top of your background.
Create six double heart chain borders using the Border Maker System—three from light pink Fabulous Tone-on-Tone paper, and three from blue polka Fabulous Designer Print paper. Cluster them together along the right side of the layout. Add two photos matted with light purple Fabulous Tone-on-Tone paper.
Cut an announcement shape from Fabulous and Cheerful Tone-on-Tone paper using the Divine Wedding Cricut Cartridge. Cut a title from red Enchanted Designer paper using the Reminisce Accents Cricut Cartridge. Add it to the announcement shape.
Print some journaling on white cardstock, trim it into a banner shape, and add it to the announcement shape. Embellish with leftover heart shapes from the double heart chain borders, and with paper flowers and epoxy stickers from the Enchanted Power Palette, and paper flowers from the Reflections Power Palette.
