How to Create:
Trim snowflake paper to 12 x 5, adhere to top of Raspberry Cardstock.
Cut pennants from a variety of the Holidazzle papers and photo mats, making the larger ones approx. 5-1/2” long and the smaller ones approx. 2” long. Adhere them across the page in a slight arc.
Mat two photos using foam squares and adhere them to the largest of the pennants.
Punch a scalloped border from White Cardstock. Trim into piece and adhere in arc over the top of pennants. Adorn seams with epoxy embellishments.
Adhere a 12” strip of paper ribbon 2” from top edge of page. Layer embellishment and title sticker with foam squares and adhere to right side of page on top of paper ribbon.
Print journaling on white cardstock. Trim into strips and adhere below pennants.
