How to Create:
Cut piece of blue patterned paper to fit front of gift bag. Adhere to bag using tape runner.
Adhere blue tag sticker to black polka-dot paper, then trim around using scissors. Adhere title sticker to this piece, then adhere all layers to bag.
Form lace into circle shape, then sew in place. Using Circle Maker, punch large circle shape from glue words-patterned paper. Using Mini Circle Maker, punch small circle from silver shimmer paper. Adhere to center of large circle. Sew button on to center of circle layers, adhering to lace as you sew.
Adhere flourish stickers to lace accent to finish. Adhere lace embellishment piece to bag using embroidery thread.
