Wish Cupcake Card
Ingredients:

Black Cardstock

How to Create:
Cut black cardstock to measure 8-1/2" x 5-1/4". Fold in half to create 4-1/4" x 5-1/4" card. Cut grey polka-dot patterned paper to measure 4-1/8" x 5-1/8". Adhere to card. Cut blue paper to measure 3-3/4" x 4-3/4". Adhere to card.
To create cupcake base, cut piece of dark grey patterned paper to measure 4-1/2" x 2". Accordion fold this piece back and forth, then adhere to card using strips of tape runner applied to card front, then press down on accordion piece to adhere.
To create cupcake top, using Circle Maker, punch six circles (3 large, 3 small) from white cardstock. Arrange as shown, then adhere to top of cupcake. Adhere star sticker and wish sticker to finish.
Finished Size:
4-1/4" x 5-1/4"
