Bring the teacher this simple, inexpensive gift that he or she will cherish!
How to create:
Measure the height of the protective paper coating around the outside of the cup. (For our project, the height was 4-1/2".) Cut strips of decorative paper to measure this height (cut one edge of each strip diagonally) x approximately 1" - 2". Adhere strips vertially along entire edge of cup as shown.
To create "T" shape, you will need to loosely trim around the edge of the letter "T" on your Monogram Sticker sheet (NOTE: you will be using the outer edge of the sticker, not the "T" sticker itself). Peel off the excess sticker material from around the letter "T". Adhere this piece to green paper. Using scissors, trim around letter opening to create green letter "T". Write "TEA" on this letter, then adhere to cup using Foam Squares. Adhere letter stickers to cup.
Create decorative pieces to attach to the ends of each tea bag by punching one small and one large circle from two different colored papers, then layering and adhering together (NOTE: sandwich the tea bag label between two circles and adhere with Tape Runner to secure to tea bag). Adhere star sticker to center of each circle.
You can also create a decorative topper for your cup, if desired, by cutting a piece of colored paper sized to fit inside the cup lid. Add sticker to this piece, then adhere using Tape Runner.
Project created using Paper Coffee Cup with Lid, Primary Elementary Additions, Circle Maker, Simple White Monogram Stickers, Simple Black ABC/123 Stickers, Scissors and Foam Squares.

Where do you purchase the cups? Great idea, but not with a recyled cup, even though it is washed clean! LOL
