How to create Bride and Groom Tags:
NOTE: All pieces and parts for Creative Memories wedding couple work best when adhered using Precision Point Adhesive. For any extra "spilled" glue, use a Creative Memories Pick Up Square for cleanup on your project.
Using Tag Maker, punch 2 tag shapes from French Vanilla Cardstock to use as a base for both bride and groom.
Punch second tag shape from white cardstock. Take the Circle Maker and take a bite out of the top portion of the white tag to make the neckline of the dress. Adhere to the Vanilla Cardstock with Tape Runner. Insert each side edge of this “tag” body into Circle Maker and punch a "chunk" out from each side, forming waist on dress.
Using the Scallop Circle Maker, punch 3 white scallop circles without holes and then punch 2 scallop circles with holes. Cut off the tops of the two scallop circles with holes. Layer the scallop circles and adhere them to the body of the bride to make the bottom of the dress as shown.
Using the 1-1/2" Circle Maker, punch 1 circle shape from white cardstock. Using All-Purpose Scissors, cut circle in half. Adhere circle halves to girlfriend (upside down) to form chest portion of dress.
Using the Micro Meadow Maker, punch 6 flowers and apply to the neckline of the top of the dress of the bride. Doodle dots in the center of each flower.
Punch 3 more flowers for the bride’s hair.
Using Circle Maker, punch large circle from French Vanilla Cardstock. Adhere to top of the tag of the bride. Punch two more large circles from Butter Cardstock. Cut each circle in half in a rounded fashion. Overlap and adhere two circles on top of head to form bangs, then trim away excess circle hanging over edge of French Vanilla circle.
Create ponytail by cutting a wavy edge along the straight edge of one remaining circle halves. Adhere to girlfriend's head as shown. Now, apply the 3 white flowers to her hair.
For the groom: Punch a tag shape from Black & White “white” Tone-on-Tone Paper for the shirt under the groom’s suit. Punch a second tag shape from Black & White Tone-on-Tone check paper for the suit of the groom. Using scissors, trim away a triangle portion to form the neckline of the suit. Adhere the “shirt” and the “suit” to the French Vanilla tag body shape. Draw silver buttons with Silver Precious Element Pen.
Using the Friendship Micro Maker, punch two black hearts out. Trim away sides of each hearts with scissors to form a “bowtie” look. Adhere the points of the bowtie together with precision pen adhesive.
Using Black Cardstock scrap circle from the Scallop Circle Maker, adhere the circle to the bowtie to make the middle of the bowtie. Adhere bowtie onto the neck of the groom with Foam Square.
Punch tag shape from White Cardstock. Punch an additional Black Cardstock tag shape from the Tag Maker for the groom’s suit pants. Adhere the black tag on top of the white tag. Take scissors and cut a slim triangle up the middle of the tag to form pants.
Using Circle Maker, punch large circle from French Vanilla Cardstock for groom’s head. Adhere to top of the tag body of groom.
Punch two more large circles from Brown Cardstock. Cut each circle in half in a rounded fashion. Overlap and adhere two circles on top of head to form bangs, then trim away excess circle hanging over edge of French Vanilla circle.
Using Fine-tip Black Pen, draw lines in groom’s hair to appear as layers.
