How to create Something New card:
Cut White Cardstock 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" for base. Score at 4-1/4", your fold will be on top.
Cut purple floral Delight Tone-on-Tone Paper 5-1/4" x 4", adhere to center front of card.
Using the Scallop Circle Maker, cut 3 circles with holes from White Cardstock. Using an All-Purpose Scissors, make a v-shape cut on one side of two of the circles and cut all circles in half.
With the snipped circles on the outter edges, adhere the circles to the card, over-lapping slightly.
Using the Rotary Wavy Blade, cut a 3-3/4 x 1/2" strip of Cloud Cardstock. Fold the strip in half length-wise and adhere with Precision Point Adhesive (on fold only) across scallop circles as shown.
Make small dots along fold with Fine-tip Black Pen.
Cut a thin, 1/8" x 3-1/2" strip of purple paper, form a ribbon loop and adhere to Cloud strip.
Using the Friendship Micro Maker, cut one flower out of White Cardstock. Using the Meadow Micro Maker, cut one flower out of Cloud Cardstock. Draw 3 small dots on center of cloud flower and adhere to center of white flower. Adhere layered flowers to ribbon loop with a Foam Square.
With Fine-tip Black Pen, write: Something old, Something new, Something borrowed, Something blue.

Pretty! I think you could also use the perforating blade to resemble the "stitches" on the blue ribbon.
