Simply Beautiful Project Idea of the Day - March 20, 2010

How to create:

Cut Simply Beautiful Tone-on-Tone blue paper 12" x 3".  Using a Corner Maker, round all corners.

Cut the gray paper 11-1/2" x 2-1/2", round corners and adhere on top of base.

Cut a square of orange paper 2-1/2" x 2-1/2".  Adhere to border approx. 3-1/4" from right edge.

Cut (2) blue Paper Ribbons, 2-1/2" long.  Adhere each to edges of orange paper. 

Cut a large orange Paper Flower in half and adhere half to each side of the ribbon, as shown.

Apply a "s.m.i.l.e." Title Sticker to blue paper, cut around sticker and adhere to border using Foam Squares.

What a nice, versastile border! This border is great because it can be used for males or females. I have a little grandson and appreciate male ideas. Good use of a flower cut in half.
