How to create border:
Cut brown patterned paper to measure 2-1/2" x 12". Use sandpaper to sand the edge.
Cut a strip of Simply Beautiful Paper Ribbon to measure 12". Adhere to the border as shown.
Using All Purpose Scissors, cut "leaves" from the green patterned paper. Adhere to the border.
Adhere Simply Beautiful Paper Flowers as shown, using Precision Point Adhesive/Foam Squares.
Cut (to make this cut, use the inside of the medium circle using the red blade) circle from pink photo mat. Adhere clear title sticker as shown. Adhere to the center of the large purple flower using Foam Squares.
