How to create layout:
Use a 12" x 12" Blank White Scrapbook Page for the base.
Using the CCS Jumbo Circle Pattern (outside of template) first using the Blue Blade and then the Red Blade, cut a thin circle out of Black Cardstock. Adhere to the center of the blank page, using Precision Point Adhesive.
Cut a 5" x 10" piece of black pattern paper and adhere it approx. 1" fromt he right edge of the page.
Cut a 3-1/2" x 10-1/2" piece of white with writing paper and adhere it over-lapping the black paper.
Cut 11-1/2" x 3/4" strip of stripe paper. Adhere in across the layout, approx. 2-1/2" from bottom edge.
Mat a 6" x 4" photo onto Black Cardstock and adhere above the stripe strip.
Mat a 2-1/2" x 3-1/2" photo onto Black Cardstocka and adhere, as shown.
Using the Embossed Star Maker (without holes), cut 3 flat stars out of Black Cardstock. Cut 3 more flat stars from blue Primary Tone-on-Tone Paper. Adhere the black stars to the layout, then using Foam Squares, adhere the blues directly on top of the black ones.
Using an All-Purpose Scissors, cut the flourish off from the Black & White Title Sticker and apply next to photo.
Using an Fine-tip Black Pen, journal around inside of circle.
