How to create graduation border:
Using the Rotary Wavy Blade, cut Gold Cardstock 2-1/4" x 12". Cut black pattern paper 1-3/4" x 12". Adhere to the center of the Gold Cardstock.
Using the CCS Circle Patterns (outside of template) and the Green Blade, cut a circle out of the white with writing paper. Cut a second circle out of Gold Cardstock, using the Red Blade.
Adhere the gold circle to the white circle and adhere to border, off-center, approx. 1" from the bottom.
Using Swirly ABC/123 Stickers (black) apply "the tassel is worth the hassle!"
Apply the tassel sticker and the star stickers using Foam Squares for the stars.
