How to create graduation border:
Cut Black & White Graduation Addition black pattern paper 12" x 2-1/4".
Using the Rotary Wavy Blade (on all four sides), cut Brick Cardstock 11-1/2" x 1-3/4". Adhere to the center of the base.
Using the CCS Largest Oval Pattern (inside of template) and the Red Blade, cut an oval out of the black pattern paper. Cut a second oval out of Brick Cardstock using the Green Blade. Adhere the Brick oval to the black oval, then adhere to the center of the border, using Foam Squares.
Apply the graduation gown sticker and the star border sticker, as shown.
Using the CCS second smallest Oval Pattern (inside of template) and the Red Blade, cut (2) ovals out of the white pattern paper. Center the template over a graduation hat on the black pattern paper, and cut (2) ovals out using the Green Blade. Adhere to the center of the white ovals, then adhere to the border, as shown.
Adhere Black & White Paper Flowers. Apply star stickers in the center of the larger flowers.
