How to create border:
Using the Wavy Rotary Blade on one long edge, cut a 12” x 2-1/2” strip of Jewel 4th of July Addition red patterned paper for the base.
Adhere a 12" x 2" strip of blue patterned paper in the center of the base.
Cut a 12" x 1/2" wavy strip from red patterned paper, adhere across the border. Adhere a 12" x 1/4" strip of French Vanilla Cardstock that has been cut with one long wavy edge, on top of the red strip.
Using the CCS Medium Circle Pattern (inside of template) and the Red Blade, cut a circle from the red patterned paper. Cut another circle from the blue patterned paper, using the same Circle Pattern, but with the Green Blade. Adhere the smaller circle on top of the larger one, then adhere onto the center of the border.
Using Foam Squares, adhere the square sticker to the center of the circles. Apply the "4th of July" sticker and star stickers.
