How to create border:
Using the Small Wavy Rotary Blade along the long edges, cut the Gold Cardstock 12" x 1-3/4". Adhere it to the red pattern paper and trim using the Small Wavy Blade.
Using the Small Wavy Blade along the long edges, cut the ruled paper 12" x 2-1/2". Adhere the layered Gold Cardstock strip to the center of the ruled strip.
Apply the bus sticker to a red photo mat. Using an All-Purpose Scissors, cut around the sticker, leaving a thin border. Adhere to the border, using Foam Squares.
Apply the crayon, scissors and stars stickers using Foam Squares under the scissors. Apply the "1st Day of School" sticker.
