Use red patterned paper as background.
Cut light blue lined patterned paper to measure 8" x 8". Adhere to the background, 1-1/4" from the left edge and 1-1/2" from the bottom edge, leaving upper right-hand corner "loose".
Print (4) 3-1/2" square photos. Adhere to layout, as shown.
Cut an 8" strip of Paper Ribbon. Run through a Paper Tag and adhere across the photos, using Foam Squares under the tag.
Using the CCS Medium Circle Pattern (outside of template) and the Blue Blade, cut 1 circle from yellow patterned paper.
Using the CCS Medium Circle Pattern (outside of template) and the Red Blade, cut 1 circle from White Ruled Paper.
Adhere the white ruled circle to the center of the yellow circle. Adhere to the layout, tucking it under the matted photos, as shown. Adhere upper right-hand corner of blue square to the circle.
Using Foam Squares, adhere paper buttons to the layout, as shown.
Apply Black Simple ABC/123 Stickers to spell "July" and "4 th" to the layou, as shown.
Journal, using a Dual-Tip Black Pen.
